With a lifelong background in livestock organizations and student leadership development, Kendra has spent years studying what makes individuals and teams thrive. She founded KC Hoofbeat Productions, a youth leadership initiative blending horsemanship, dance, and character education — serving more than 200 students and families.

She is the author of Step Into Your Calling, a message centered on servant leadership and using your gifts to serve others.
